Do you bill per visit?

No. YardPass is subscription-based. Customers are billed monthly during the active mowing season. The first month is charged at signup to secure your place on the route. After your first service visit, billing continues monthly based on your first service date. Service frequency is determined by YardPass to ensure lawn health and operational efficiency.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect immediately and all future service and billing will stop, however all payments already processed for the current billing period are final, non-refundable, and not prorated for partial months, skipped visits, weather delays, early termination, or unused service time.

Is YardPass insured?

Yes. YardPass maintains active commercial liability insurance appropriate for residential lawn maintenance operations.

What if it rains?

Service scheduling is determined solely by YardPass based on weather conditions, safety, lawn health, and route efficiency; visits may be advanced, delayed, or adjusted at our discretion, and weather-related scheduling changes do not pause, refund, or prorate subscription billing.
