Pricing, Billing & Service Terms

The following terms apply to all YardPass subscription services. By completing signup, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.

Final pricing and availability are subject to confirmation following review of your property, layout, and service requirements.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax. All required taxes will be added at the time of invoicing in accordance with provincial and federal regulations.

Subscription Activation & Billing

Subscription activation requires payment at the time of signup. The first monthly payment is charged immediately to secure your route position.

Recurring billing begins on the date of your first completed service visit and continues automatically on that same calendar day each month during the active mowing season.

YardPass operates on a seasonal subscription model. Monthly charges are not based on the exact number of visits in a given month, but on maintaining consistent seasonal pricing, route density, and service availability. Monthly pricing is structured around the full mowing season and is not prorated for partial months at the beginning or end of the season.

Service Frequency & Scheduling

YardPass determines service frequency based on seasonal growth conditions, weather patterns, lawn health, and operational efficiency. Service intervals may vary throughout the season to maintain optimal lawn height and appearance.

The mowing season typically runs from May through October, depending on weather and growing conditions. YardPass reserves the right to determine start dates, service intervals, adjustments, and season end dates.

Property Classification & Rate Adjustments

Subscription tiers are assigned based on visual assessment and information provided at signup. Pricing assumes a reasonably maintained residential property consistent with the selected tier and free of undisclosed complexity.

If actual property size, layout complexity, trimming requirements, access limitations, obstacles, terrain, or total service time materially exceed standard expectations for the assigned tier, YardPass reserves the right to adjust the subscription rate accordingly. Customers will be notified prior to any rate adjustment. If the adjusted rate is declined, YardPass may cancel the subscription without refund or proration.

Overgrown or Neglected Lawns

Pricing applies to lawns that are reasonably maintained. Overgrown properties, first-time cleanups, neglected lawns, or restoration services may require an initial service fee or separate quote before recurring maintenance begins.

If a property requires work beyond standard maintenance at the first visit or any subsequent visit, YardPass reserves the right to issue a separate one-time invoice, adjust the subscription rate, or decline or cancel service entirely. No refunds or prorations will be issued if service is canceled due to property condition.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails or is declined, service may be paused immediately until payment is successfully completed. Missed visits resulting from failed or late payment are not credited, refunded, or rescheduled. Monthly pricing is not adjusted due to payment issues.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, service stops immediately and the reserved route position is forfeited. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time within a billing period.
