Final pricing and availability are subject to confirmation after review of the property, layout, service area, and job requirements.

Lawn mowing

• Per-visit mowing prices assume a reasonably maintained residential property matching the selected size tier.
• If the property is larger, more complex, overgrown, or otherwise outside normal expectations, pricing may be adjusted before payment is sent.
• Subscription pricing remains available at the listed monthly rates.

Dog poop cleanup

• Weekly recurring cleanup is $29 per visit, per dog.
• Biweekly recurring cleanup is $39 per visit, per dog.
• Spring dog poop cleanup is $99.

Spring cleanups

• Spring cleanups are quote only.
• Pricing is based on yard condition, debris level, scope of work, and disposal requirements.

Approval before payment

Requests are reviewed before booking is confirmed. YardPass may decline service or revise pricing if the service area, property condition, or requested work does not match the original request.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is added where required.
